Usk wins Wales in Bloom for the 27th time in a row

 Usk scored 174 points out of a possible 200 points; our nearest competitor scored 124. The Usk in Bloom Committee has now received the judge's (Jim Goodwin) report for Wales in Bloom and it has some really fine comments.  Two that stand our are ' Town square quite superb this year' and 'evidence of community participation was everywhere'.  So a huge thank you to everyone involved.

Menawhile, judging has also taken place for the Britain in Bloom where Usk is up against former Britain in Bloom winners.  The results will be known in September
