Usk Christmas Winter Festival
on the 3rd and 4th December offering you everything you need to celebrate a traditional Christmas in Usk.
The centrepiece Christmas Market will be in Twyn Square over the two days between 10.00 am and 7.00pm selling the ingredents for a perfect Christmas.
Hot food, produce, drinks, crafts and gifts-you can even purchase a Christmas Tree! There will be seasonal entertainment around the town, including live music- the Flying Shepherds will be in their traditional festival home, the Three Salmons, and the sounds of Carollers, brass bands and hand bell ringers will add the background to this most festive of events. In Twyn Square itself the Christmas Market will have performance space- come along and be entertained by a day full of local musicians and performers.
On Sunday afternoon at 5.00pm Father Christmas and his Reindeer will parade around the Town and stay a while in the car park on Twyn Square.
Please note Twyn Square and Twyn Square car park will be closed to all traffic from 10am on Friday 2nd December until Monday 5th December at noon.
Exciting news, not only are we expecting Father Christmas to visit on Sunday we have the added pleasure of meeting DAVID ESSEX who on SATURDAY will be visiting the Gallery in the Square and the Market too.
This is certainly not 'Just Another Winters Tale!'
Again on Saturday at 4.30 Matt Tebbut from the Foxhunter will be cooking up something interesting on the Square at 4.00pm.
Make sure your there, in the Square!
